Joanne Brillant

Joanne is the Founder and Director of the Masterís School for Creative Arts. She has been trained in many forms of dance in the last 40+ years: Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Modern, Interpretive, and Hebrew Folk Dance. She has used her dance background to express her love for the Lord in Dance Worship Ministry in the church for the past 30 years both here and in New England.†She has traveled all over the Northeast and now the Southeast doing workshops and conferences, releasing people in the gift of dance for the Lord. Joanne recently served as the Dance and Flag Team Leader at Bridgeway Church in Greenville, SC. She taught Worship dance for 3 years at The Genesis Project, a Christian Arts studio in Greenville, from there went on to open The Master's School for Creative Arts in 2006 where she has taught for the last 12 years. Joanne co-founded The Worship Dancers Alliance 14 years ago with Jami Crisman. This organization unifies dancers from numerous churches in the SE for the purpose of fellowship, prayer, encouragement and training. Joanne's passion is dancing for the Lord and sharing that passion with others, especially older women who think it's too late. Her mission is to see that anyone who desires to dance, have the foundation they need to be released to dance at every age. She truly believes we have an Audience of only One.

Jami Crisman

Jami is a graduate of Gardner Webb University in Social Science and Clemson University with a Masters of Education in Counseling.  She has been in dance for over 36 years and has been teaching Worship dance in several capacities over the last 16 years, through a traveling dance drama of Restoration Ministering Services, as the Director of Hosanna Dance for the city of Greer, based at First Presbyterian Church of Greer and now for the last 12 years through the Masterís School for Creative Arts. Jami is also the co-founder of The Worship Dancers Alliance with her dance partner and sister in Christ, Joanne Brillant. She is also a Counselor at Sevier Middle School in Greenville, SC. Jami's dream is to impart what God has given her through worship in dance, to her students and for them to take what they've learned with them wherever they go.

Bekah Spurgeon;

Bekah is a choreographer and dance educator committed to purposeful movement. She was privileged to learn dance first as an expression of worship while performing both locally and abroad at a young age with Arts Evangelica. Bekah has extensive training in ballet, jazz, hip hop and contemporary from faculty of The Greensboro Ballet, Greensboro Dance Theatre, North Carolina School of the Arts, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre, Broadway Dance Center, & The Edge Performing Arts Center. Bekah received a scholarship from the American Dance Festival at Duke University and holds a BA in Dance and Theatre from UNCC. She has danced professionally in Los Angeles for tv, stage, and film projects and in 2013, she had the opportunity to use dance as a universal language and healing ministry as a missionary in Dominican Republic, Haiti, Thailand, Malaysia, Moldova, and Ireland. She recently choreographed a project declaring freedom over the upstate region for SWITCH, a non-profit that fights human trafficking and exploitation in the Upstate.
Bekah lives in Greenville, SC with her adventurous husband Josh and their two amazing kids

Regina Gilstrap;

Regina is a native of Upstate South Carolina. God has given her many opportunities in dance & she loves to share her passion for the Lord and dance with others. Regina is natural teacher & has taught master classes and seminars all over the southeast. Some of Regina's students have gone on to teach dance, perform in musical theater and on Royal Caribbean International. For seven years Regina directed and choreographed for The CORE Dance Ministry. The CORE made numerous guest performances at various venues in the southeast. Regina's choreography has been featured on television and radio marketing; other choreography credits include Disney's Aladdin Jr., The Addams Family, and Sisters of Swing. She currently serves as the Administrative Director for Project Dance Greenville. Project Dance is an international movement of dancers seeking to positively impact culture through the art of dance. Regina's desire is to be a light to the world through dance and to leave a little sparkle wherever she goes! Her life verse is Romans 10:15 How beautiful are the feet of those who bring the Good News!
